To clean your Baby Buoy, rinse thoroughly in water and allow to air dry completely.
Directions:
When placing baby in carrier, baby’s right and left legs should extend through leg openings. Right and left arms should extend through upper arm openings. Baby’s head should rest against adult’s upper chest. Secure all buckles appropriately and adjust straps to fit snugly on an adult.
1) Place your head between should straps and allow carrier to hang in front of body.
2) Buckle back support in place and adjust to a comfortable fit.
3) Bring shoulder strap to right side and snap in place, then bring shoulder strap to left side and snap in place, adjust shoulder straps to a comfortable fit.
4) Sit down and support baby as you slide baby’s legs in carrier either facing inward or outward.
5) Buckle head support. Fold up and secure if baby facing inward, fold down and secure if baby facing outward.
6) Adjust straps on head support and leg openings for a snug fit for baby.
Warnings:
• Small babies can fall through leg openings, follow weight requirements and adjust appropriately.
• Baby must face adult until he/she can hold head upright.
• Place baby in carrier once secure on adult.
• DO NOT lean over with straight legs as baby could fall out, bend knees and lower to ensure baby’s safety.
• Make sure baby’s skin is away from buckles when fastening to avoid pinching.
• NEVER leave baby unattended in carrier.
• Not to be used as a flotation device.
• Carrier should be used only by an adult.
• NEVER attempt placing baby in carrier while in the water.
• NEVER attempt swimming underwater or doing rigorous activity with carrier on.
